False adverti*****t
False adverti*****t from the email I received from pick n pay on the 18th of December 2025, JC was advertised as on special for any 2 cans or bottles and you get 2 champagne glasses for free, when I got to the shop the store manager by the name of Prince Mahlangu said he cannot give me cans on special with the glasses as stipulated on the advert only the 750ml bottles come with the glasses. Now the question is why is pick n pay advertising lying to the customers? I drove to the store only for that special, is it fare to waste my petrol only to be told that it is a false adverti*****t? This is so unfare to me and other customers

24 Dec 2025, 11:29The glasses were available in store and I had them in my basket but Prince Mahlangu refused to give me as he said they are for only you buying 750ml bottles not cans but your advert says buy any 2 and get glasses for free. It was not a matter of glasses were available while stock last as, its like you responding for the sake of responding as I stipulated on my complaint that the manager there by the name of Prince Mahlangu was called as the cashier didn't know what to do by he refused to give me the glasses. Pick n Pay will continue losing customers to Checkers if this is how you treating your customers.
