I ordered JC Le roux on PicknPayAsap which was R0.01 and subsequently my order arrived without the wines and they put them as sold out , but there was at the store. And no Apology or anything.

27 Aug 2024, 17:57I rep**** with the necessary information required but till today, I have had no contact whatsoever. This is saying a lot about Pnp. I sent the email the very same day on the 19th and today it's the 27th. No care whatsoever. I am really disappointed and angry at how this is being handled. There is sincerely no shame or professionalism at Pnp, Mr Raymond Ackerman would really be astonished at how things are done now that he is no more. PnP does not care anymore. That is why business is not doing good.
