False adverti*****t

I just saw a special online and when i get to checkout it gives me a different price, so i called customer care and the lady says to me unfortunately they will not be able to assist, yes they can see the special is online but they need to escalate to their helpdesk who will decide if they give it to me on the price I'm seeing on special on not what kind of bull**** is that. Oh and they have a nerve to say they cant guarantee that i will get it on the special price I'm seeing online. Why would you advertise something with a different price on the website if its not that price. If i don't get a reply i will most definitely take it further
