FALSE ADVERTISING/RUDE STAFF

On Saturday the 1st of April I went to your store at Trade route mall Lenasia at 09:57 to buy a pack of Pampers premium care as it was advertised to be on special/promotion. I bought the size 2 pack of 76 nappies with I buy monthly and walked out of the store. While still in the mall I realized I was charged R300 instead of the R199 advertised. I went back to the store to request they correct the mistake and reimburse the extra R100. When I got there I was given the run around because they claimed that the promotion was for the size 2 with 80 packs and as I mentioned I buy them monthly so there is no Pampers premium care size 2 that has 80 nappies it only has size two with 76 except for the bigger packs which are far more than 80, they eventually said they would call the person who packs the nappies because they could not mark it down and give them to me for the R200. They eventually called someone I assume is the manager, he did not introduce himself nor was he wearing a name tag so, unfortunately, I can not name him but he was so rude and insisted that they would check in stock for 80 or give me a rain check. Bare in mind that the nappies do not come in an 80 pack, I tried to explain that the size 2 only has 76 nappies but he refused and insisted they give me a refund. Unfortunately, I lost the refund receipt but I'm sure you can check who issued the refund. On The original purchase, I was assisted by Noziziwe Dlamini at 09:57 0n 01.04.23 at Trade route mall Lenasia Johannesburg. I drove all the way just for the nappies, the treatment I received was unfair and unjust. I even contacted Pampers just to verify the sizes and number of nappies. I contacted the head office on the fourth of April to notify them of the event that occurred, They rep**** and gave me the reference number *** but till this date 11.04.23 I have not received a resolution nor has the store contacted me like mentioned in the email received with the reference. I sent the head office a follow-up email but still nothing
