false advertising to reach turnover

pick n pay and false advertising, promising customers a things they cant delivers. reaching their turnover by lying to clients is not right they had a prpmotion going on and ended in august but till now the winners ddidnt get their thing and they kept a book with our contact but no one has bothered to call
