False advertising ,they say one thing and deliver something else.

I bought the pnp chicken potions and on the outside of the pack it states that the minimum potions on the pack should be 11 however when I opened the pack today on 9 pieces were in there ,this is day light *******. This is the true meaning of false advertising. I'm really disgusted by this.
