False Advertising Pick a Pay Hyper

We have purchased a Kenwood Chef mixer on 16 December 2022 at Pick a Pay Hyper in Pretoria Montana. The advertising stated that all accessories are included. After opening the package we realised that 6 attachments were not in the packaging. The Store manager Mr Elson was immediately made aware of this. He indicated that the adverti*****t was wrong, but acknowledged that Pick a Pay made a mistake and that we will receive the attatchments as advertised. An invoice from Kenwood wrt the attachments were send to Mr Elson on 20 December 2022 iot purchase the appliances direct from Kenwood. Today, 03 January 2023 Mr Elson indicated the issue at hand is a problem. Head office of Pick a Pay Hyper was contacted numerous times but with no feedback. This is not acceptable. The false advertising from Pick a Pay Hyper is not acceptable. Very unprofessional.
