False advertising, partial orders, NO REFUNDS!!

Pick n Pay ASAP service falsely advertises that deliveries will take place within 60-minutes. On Sunday the 24th of October their delivery took 6 hours and 14 minutes! So much for your 60-minutes falsely advertised delivery time. Additional amounts were also charged after my order was placed, without my consent or informing me of what the additional charges were for. Once the order arrived after 6 hours and 14 minutes, 3 of the 8 items were missing from the delivery. Since then it has been a constant battle to address this issue and receive a refund. There seem to be no resolutions in sight. Pathetic service and I would highly discourage anybody from using it
