False advertising - not honoured

This week's PicknPay catalogue advertises a box of 76 headache powders on special for R42. According to branch staff this is an error and that it refers to the box of 38. As a customer I obviously want the most value and insisted on getting what is advertised. So practically speaking, just give me two boxes of 38, equalling 76 headache powders. Different versions were told by staff members Lizzy, Emmanual and store owner, Mike. At first, they are out of stock, then, that size box does not exist. Which version is it? One of them accused head office. Such inconsistency. Is this about grandpa's? No. I wonder if there is still such a thing as brand integrity. Mike told me sorry, I can go phone head office. I expected PicknPay to apologise for the so called error yet still honour it. But I get treated as though I am at a ****a shop!
