False Advertising from PNP
I get an email saying I can apply for a PNP account, when I apply I get decline with no reason ( it cannot be my credit rating as I do not have any bad debt). And now I even get an sms to view my account balance - how do I have an account balance if I was declined!!??
I am really disgusted with the false advertising PNP puts out there for their accounts.
Please supply me with a valid reason for my account being declined because I meet your minimum requirements and I do not have a bad credit profile.
I visit PNP Rivercrescent daily after work for my shopping, It would be very handy having the account as I do not always have my bank account card with me but if this is the manner PNP handles matters like this it would maybe be best to take my shopping elsewhere.
