False advertising

I saw a special combo on their promotional leaf let that end on 11 of July 2021 today I went to the butchery to ask where can I get the combo the guy said if I can place and oder and come late to collect it it shall be ready then he quickly said let me go and ask management he went to the front I quickly followed him he spoke to one lady she said we don't do this combo here the gentleman from the butchery came closer and tried brushing off what the lady had said saying that the combo is for pick n pay hyper I then issued why hasn't it been indicated on the pamphlet and why underneath the combo has it not indicated for pick n pay hyper he couldn't answer me I then bought few items as I was disappointed at their false advertising and the level of service I received at the front
