False advertising

I am very frustrated by Pick n Pay Hyper (Ottery). They advertise a special for a front loader washing machine so on the day the special starts I go to them only to be told stock hasn't arrived yet and after checking with the Brackenfell branch, they say the same thing. I then do what is called a "rain check" where they promise to call you once stock arrives. After waiting several days I hear nothing back and I go back to the store to be told once again that they have no stock! The special ends tomorrow and still nothing! HOW can you people advertise a product that you dont even have?? This is unprofessional and unacceptable!
