False advertising
I placed an order for all seamless underwear sets and 2 of the 3 sets say seamless on the packaging and is not seamless. That is unacceptable as it is agains the consumer act to falsely advertise products. Now it can not be returned as it is underwear.

I was communicating with Adrian that I got hold of through your customer centre and no there is no further response. The items still have not been collected and no effort has been made. Very bad service and total unacceptable.
