False advertising by Pick 'n Pay Norwood Mall

Good day, We recently purchased the AIM 49 inch Smart TV for R4999.00 at the Hypermarket in Norwood. We have been able to use the YouTube and Netflix pre-loaded apps. However when we go to Google Play, the TV does register to the Google Account. We have tried various ways in which to access Google Play via brouser and app (even changing our passwords) to no avail. How are we meant to access Google Play when we can't even register our TV? IT support pages say to add account in TV settings but nowhere is that option found. I'm starting to think that Pick 'n Pay has falsely advertised their Smart TV's in order to make sales. This is false advertising and we want a TV with the advertised functions - we will not pay anything extra, as we specifically bought this TV due to the great features. Please make sure this has been taken care off by Wednesday the 27th of March '19 - otherwise we'll have to take matters further.
