False Advertising and Terrible Service
I went to PnP Hyper Faerie Glen to purchase 2x Oral-B 300 electric toothbrushes for my kids which is advertised on their brochures and in-store as from R275 each only to find that they would not sell it to me for the advertised price. I spoke to the manager named Theo Lufele who was not very helpful and basically just brushed me off and tried to get rid of me. I had to insist that he contact his manager/ director to resolve this, but despite his commitment to follow-up and provide feedback I have had no response whatsoever. This is "False Advertising" and terrible customer service from PNP.

03 May 2024, 16:34PnP has done "NOTHING" whatsoever to assist me or to resolve this issue since Tuesday!!!
The manager Theo Lufele has zero interest in assisting me or providing any customer service. I have had to chase after him despite him making a commitment to follow-up and communicate with me.
I called him again yesterday and then he told me he cannot do anything because he needs to talk to "The Buyer" who would be in this morning - he committed to contact me in the morning to provide feedback which, off course, he failed to do...
I then had to contact him this afternoon (after 2pm) and all he did was to send me the following message stating: "The buyer is off and will be back on Monday"... Just that and nothing else...???!!!
Wow, this is "TERRIBLE" customer service!!!
