False advertising and misleading

Receiving really bad pathetic service from Pick n Pay I've called many times and emailed to follow up on a competition I won on the 4th July 2023 already and still didn't receive the prize I won in their Facebook competition. I've been sent from pillar to post but no one can call and give feedback from their marketing team. They advertise false information and mislead consumers.
