False advertising and inexcusable service

Yesterday on the 12th of October, we went to the Pick n Pay Brackenfell on Old Paarl Rd, they advertise a special for Robertsons Spices Assorted 100ml (Excluding Black Pepper, White Pepper, Garlic Salt, Garlic Flakes, Nutmeg, Co**** Black Pepper, Crushed Garlic and Garlic Herb Seasoning) BUY ANY 2 for R30. So we took 2x 100ml Robertsons Salt & Vinegar Spices and 1x100ml Cinnamon and 1x 100ml Meat Tenderiser, the Cinnamon and Meat Tenderiser rang for the R30 special but not the Salt & Vinegar Spice, the lady at the teller called a lady named Chantal which I assume confirmed with her supervisor and she said it did not include the Salt & Vinegar Spice and we said that is not what you are advertising, then another lady which I assume is the supervisor try to tell us that the Salt & Vinegar spice is not a spice and that the special is only for the brown bottles, my husband said to this lady that we also bought another spice which bottle color is not brown for this special and I also assured the lady that the Salt & Vinegar is indeed a Spice and that you are false advertising, to which she just shrugged her shoulders. If it is a case where you would like me to prove that the Salt & Vinegar Spice is indeed a Spice you can have a look on the Robertsons website under Discover Spices , All, and you will find the Salt & Vinegar Spice there, but I think the lady we spoke to probably just didn’t care if you are false advertising or not, which is inexcusable service. At the end of it we did not take the Salt & Vinegar Spice but this is still not what PnP is advertising, which is false advertising.
