False advertising and immoral customer care

Pick n Pay Hyper released a pamphlet titled "More Savings valid 2nd-15th April 2018" I then enquired on stock availability at various stores and finally on the 13th April spoke to a lady at the Maponya Mall branch who stated that they had this item in stock. I then physically went to the Maponya mall hypermarket and was advised on my arrival that this was actually a lie.I then decided to go to the Norwood Mall Hypermarket who advised that they had the item in white and not Metallic when I arrived this also was false. Both stores issued rain cheques and advised that they will ensure we receive the item (Hisense Metallic Fridge with Bottom freezer Model number H230BME) however this has not been the case as it is the 4th May 2018 today and I still have not been contacted to go into store to purchase this item. I am extremely unhappy with the service received as this qualifies as false advertising,How is it possible that most if not all the stores in the Gauteng region did not have this item in stock while the special was still running and still do not have it almost a month later.
