False advertising and failing to give the full discount

<p>On Saturday 1 July 2017 I visited Pick n Pay Maitland liquor store. They had a A4 printed 'special' which read a follows: "Buy any 2 wines and get 20% off". When my sale was rung up I enquired politely if the 20% was deducted from the 2 bottles of wine purchased. The cashier said no. When enquired from management I was told that it was only 20% off the red wine. I responded by saying that your 'special' does not state that? She then rep**** by saying that she will give me 10% off the one and 10% off the other one. I did not respond as I did not want to loose my cool. </p> <p>I have attached my till slip which shows that 20% was given off on one bottle of wine only. Now is this how Pick n Pay honours their 'specials'? Rather poor to sum it up in one word. Rather don't have a 'special' if you don't want honour it. </p> <p> </p> <p>What will Pick N Pay do about this?</p>
