False advertising and disgusting attitude

Once again I am met with a dissatisfaction with the service provided at pic n pay Alex mall it is disgusting to say the least the level of poor customer service we receive from this pic n pay, and how they are operating with the store manager who is never present when asked for is beyond me . Today I had to encounter moving around 4 tills searching for R500 at 1pm if pic n pay has not made R500 I honestly think you should just shut it down. Not only was I sent till to till they eventually call the supervisor who couldn't of been more useless and rude even if she tried.. when I asked for the store manager who is never there.. I would like to ask why do you allow our banks to advertise that we can get cash back from you and you even advertise it but at pic n pay Alex mall we are never able to get this service, if is false advertising and I need an answer so I can no why your staff are unable to assist with cash back requests from your store
