False advertising and carelessness

I went into your brits pnp,one is safari centre on sunday 6th. 2 sunlight refills where supposed to be R40 for 2 and lays chips 2 for R30 but when i got home it was R47.98 for the sunlight and lays chips charged at R24.99 each.to add to that i bought a genie cool white (globe) for R42.99 and it was packed with 2 litre coldrinks which everyone knows the globe is fragile and the other things damaged the globe which means i wasted R42.99. Can your packers pay attention please!
