False advertising

I experienced really bad customer service at Pick n pay Harbourbay Mall ,I went instore to go buy the White star maize meal 5kg ,2 bags but when I got there I was informed that its a printing error and "I'm not giving it to you for that price ,you not the first one coming for this " . Another lady came and she **** and said that the two 5kg's are different packs one comes in a paper 5kg bag and the other in that plastic 5kg type bag ,so I asked her why is the apology for inconvenience up instore and she couldn't answer me . I saw the maize meal in the online leaflet where there is no apology and on the leaflet that came out on the 3/7/2023 and with that there are no postings of inconveniencing customers who come you don't know how far to purchase that item .

I also work in retail and its ********* and false advertising.
