False advertising
<p>Pick n Pay are all advertising the Super Animals. But they only have the cards. I have been searching since 4 weeks back for a book and not one pick n pay has one or even a tin for the cards. Im not the only one. Managers of a few stores told me that on a daily basis people complain about this. I have sent a mail 1 week ago to pick n pay and they have not responded. It is getting close to the end of this promotion so I assume there wont be.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I can say is well done to Spar for their promotion on Angry birds for they had stock all they way to the last day. Pick n Pay you can learn from your competitors.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Pick n Pay i would like you to explain to thousands of kids why they cant have a Super Animals Book. All I can say is your promotion of Super Animals is a Super Disappointment to thousands of people.</p>

Due to the overwhelming response on the Super animals promotion, we did unfortunately run out of stock of the tins and the sound cards. A limited amount of albums will be delivered to stores on Friday, Please call ahead before going to your store.

I mus firstly say thanks to Bernadine at Pick n Pay Family store Parow. She contacted me early Friday morning and I collected it immediately. Also thanks to Pick n Pay Plattekloof for contacting me later that day and Pick n Pay Goodwood a few days later. Very good service from Pick n Pay to respond to my complaint. Keep it up.
I have a very happy son now and he can complete his collection.
