False Advertising!!!!
<p>I decided to buy a heater advertised as being on sale, but when it was rang up at the till, the price was in fact DOUBLE the advertised amount. When I queried this, I was informed by the teller, that it was a mistake and incorrectly marked. I have been walking past the same display for close to two weeks now, seeing the same advertised price!!! Does management not check their stores? Or is this a plot in the hope customers will just pay the double price at the till to avoid embarrassment? Totally disgusted! </p>

Thank you to Gerald, Manager Pick & Pay Heidelberg, for his proffessional manner in which he resolved the issue. If there were more store managers like Gerald, customer service would have been absolutely tops in our country.
