False advertising

Is picknpay Meadowlands part of picknpay? Each time there are specials you go there for nothing. I went there today as there are new specials but didn't find and it's not the first time. The owner and managers don't take out stock that is on special they only take it out after the special. I am very irritated and dissapointed as it is not the first incident.
