false advertising

I tried to contact pick and pay yesterday via email via online , no response, they sent out two flyers this month in both they have a Defy gas stove on a special. I would like to buy one but cannot as the hypermarkets do not have, the stove is also not available online. tried to email them and I see the complaints email address does not work. Very disappointed in their inability, I going to Game this afternoon because they do have in stock.
