False Advertising
So Pick and Pay advertised a 2 for 1 tabled deal in their 24Nov to 13Dec 2015 catalog at all their Hyper stores.I don't live anywhere close to a Hyper store so I has to drive really far to purchase this deal from them. On my arrival at the Norwood store the lady at the cellular section point me to a very badly printed black and white copy of the add where they now added in the word \each"next to the price. Why then have a 2 for 1 deal in the first place? I left the story because the lady on the floor cant do anything for me. I then complained with a gentlemen called Glen Miller who is the National Customer Service Co Ordinator for Pick and Pay. He then forwards my complaint on to the \""Buyer\"" heavens know why and the buyer then escalated it to the marketing department. I then get a call from a lady called Marry-Ann. She admits to it being a mistake and they cant do anything for me. Sorry for the inconvenience. That is it. No incentive for driving out there nothing. They couldn't care less for false advertising a product like that. The add has two tablets with a big red + sign between them and the subject line reads \""Vodacom 2 x 10\"" Tablet Deal\"" How do you make this mistake?"""
