False advertising

Trust you are well.

I'm writing regarding a price I saw online for a double bed electric blanket which is advertised to be R399 yet the Pick n Pay at Mall@Reds says there is no such that they know of. I need some explanations on this!

I got an email this morning that this issue has been resolved yet no one has made an effort to contact me, how is this??? Worst customer service!!!!

Hi Keagile,

As per your original post, you had advised that you saw this promotional price on the online website.

Not all online specials are available in store and our buyer has advised that this was an online offer only.
