false advertising

went to pick and pay @ Elgin mall birch Leigh Kempton park 04/08/2015 . so they have this new stikeez promotion. for every R150.00 spend you get a free stikeez , so I spend R177.00 and upon requesting my stikeez , I was told the system does not show I Qualify, soooooo how do you promote a product or whatever and then you FALSLY ADVERTISE that after R150.00 you get one free, so is it R150.00 or R***.00?<br> <br> I want feedback as this is honestly bad!!!
