False Advertising

I am very unhappy with Pick n Pay at Kwa Thema as there was an advert sent around for a discount on the Fourth Street wine to R30.00 ( with a picture showing the discount), when I arrived at the store the wine section gentleman did not even try to find out my query and just told me to go to the social media and complain as he will not help with my query about the One day Massive sale of the Fouth Street Wine to R30.00. I am very unhappy with how he treated and feel that he could have escalate my query instead he told me to go and do as I please. Very Horrible Customer Service
