Pick n pay is still advertising that if you spend R500 off you will get R100 off. Apparently this deal has expired on the 11 June 2021. Its still current being advertised. I wanted to purchase items by Pick n pay online, while I was busy the code went thru and my items were R100 less then all of a sudden I received an error message and my bill was R100 more. I contacted customer care reference *** the agent said he will get back to me he even wanted me to rate the service and I said how can I rate something that is not completed. The agent did not get back to me. I called back yesterday and all they telling me is that the voucher expired. So basically I just wasted my time with Pick n Pay even lost out on the specials. Pathetic service.
Unfortunately an expired voucher cannot be reinstated.
If you had used the voucher on the days that it was valid for you would have received the discount.
