false advertising

I am currently at Pick 'n Pay that is located in Meadowpoint Soweto,and the customer service,hygen and price are bad,i bought 3 clere products which were advertised that u buy 3 and get 1 free but that was all a lie, i am currently waiting for their Manager Steve to let me know whats going on, this is poor customer service and i wont recommend any consumer to buy in this Pick 'n Pay
