False advertising

On the 7th of July I went to Pick n Pay hypermarket Brackenfell, wanted to buy minion building blocks but of course they were out of stock. So then they advertise that you can take a rain check. It's now over a month later and still nothing last week Sat the manager said he would sort it out and get back to me. Monday he phones to tell me he can't find it at any store but will speak to the manufacturer and get back to me it's now Saturday and still nothing. Your customer service sucks and oh can you spell false advertising???
