False advertising

I received an email from pick n pay on 22 June 2017 with some specials. Among them was 3 kinder joys for R24.00. My daughter absolutely loves kinder joy so purely based on this special I went to do my weekly shppping at pick n pay musgrave today, 23 June, to buy a couple of kinder joys. I noticed the shelve had 2 kinder joys for R24 so I assumed that the special on my email was for a select few smart shopper holders. When I went to the tills I showed them my email and they got someone to check my card for a voucher, but they found none. At this point I was told there was an error on the email and it's 2 for R24. I told them that I had come for this special and that the error was their fault and it is false advertising. I was then rudely told "it's an error and you can only take two," as the lady pulled her face at me and walked away. I was in no mood to fight the matter and there were customers waiting behind me at the tills, so I just left. My problem here is not even about the money, it is the fact that pick n pay is sending out false advertising, and then handling it in a completely ********* and unprofessional way. I was made to feel as if me asking for what they had promised was so wrong and given bad looks and told basically that it was tough luck they sent an email with an error. This is definitely *********, unprofessional and simply just unacceptable on pick n pays part.
