False Advertising

Good Day, I purchased an HP laptop from Pick n Pay Northgate Mall. This was on special and the description was HP i3 laptop. After 2 weeks of usage, we found the computer to be too slow. We brought it in to Pick n Pay and they sent it in for repairs. It came back the same. Dissatisfied with this, we stopped using the laptop. This week, I decided to send the laptop to someone to see if they can increase the speed. I then get told that this is NOT an i3 laptop but a basic one. This is false advertising as I pad for an i3 product at an i3 price. Please investigate and revert back to me.
