False accusations and degridasion of a custome

My GF's 16 year old son and his girlfriend went to pick n pay hypermarket steeldale this afternoon something they do on a daily basis to purchase groceries.on their way out of of the store they were confronted by security saying that he stole something. My GF son showed him the till slip for the items they had purchased but this was not good enough for the security guard. He had to lift his shirt and basically pull his pants down Infront of every other customer walking past. Then suddenly a manager from pick n pay came to ask what was going on. They then said they got him confused with someone else. This is absolutely unacceptable that he was degraded to expose himself Infront of every other customer. They didn't even have the decency to apologize to him of to ask him to go to the office with them before he had to lift his shirt and pull his pants down. And being a 16 year old surely they can not do that without a parent being present.

All I can say is I have supported pick n pay steeldale nearly my entire life and never have I been so disgusted .
