falose adverti*****t and bad attitude

Good day, I am a women who owns a bakery. I saw an adverti*****t on the newspaper for pick n pay that there's a special for 1kg rama original for R32.90 so I sent my husband to go buy them for me but he was told that they are finished. I then called the retail store and spoke to a rude and arrogant consultant on the phone. I told him I want those Ramas as the special had not yet ended and was advised that they are out of stock of which that I not my business and a customer. I then requested to speak to his manager that's when he asked me how many Ramas do I want. With attitude he took down my details and asked me to send my husband again. I am very disgusted by the level of service I received from Isaac. Then he hang up the phone on me. I want management to deal with him accordingly as he is ruining the retails name and the level of service for all the consultants working there.
