Pick n Pay Quagga Centre

on the 25th April 2022 17:53 I was at Pick n pay Quagga Centre to withdraw R500 at the till....I was given 2X R200 Notes 1XR100 Note , Then i gave that money to someone else..On the 26April2022 19:01the person i gave that money called and said one of the note i gave him was **** he had trouble in the taxi paying, Today 27/04/2022 around 08:35 i went to the store to let them know about the Incident , i was assisted by the manager Name Selaelo Sunday Who was rude and not helpful, i also asked if he can go through CCTV and check footage , his respond was Im giving too much work...He didnt even feel the note and confirm if is really ****....Also he made calls while i was talking to him...His respond was they have scanners and which i didnt see anyone using the scanner while i was at the till, even the cashier who was assisting me...He then took my number and "ill call you"...

I wouldnt go to the store knowing im taking chances...
