Fairmount manager Francais is totally rude

Went to pick n pay Fairmount to exchange a yoghurt I bought at greenstone pick Nd pay which was lactose free. Francais the manager was totally rude Nd disrespectful refused to exchange d yougurt because he didn't sell lactose free. But the manner in which he spoke was unexceptable. My word if the store manager has a attitude in a well known retail outlet then I'm now lost for words. Been a loyal customer of pick Nd pay for years then this rude attitude from a manager. This is shocking Pick n Pay. Choose your leaders carefully.
