Failure to stock up shelves
Very disappointed that the shelves at Pick 'n Pay Forest hill were not stocked despite them knowing that it was month end. Now our elderly people even some of us who only got paid today have to go back to the shops again when we could have just bought things today. They did not have very essential food items.

This is temporary, because there is more than enough stock in our distribution centres and with our suppliers, but it might take a day or so to reach our stores.
Where stocks are low because of heavy customer demand, we have limited purchases per customer temporarily. This is to ensure that as many customers as possible can buy the essentials they want or need.
Kindly take note that the Forest Hill store also does online shopping and are also preparing orders for collection from this store therefore their stock levels do run out sooner than other stores. We value you as a Pick n Pay customer and are committed to improve continually on our service levels.
