Failure to reply to complaint lodged Re: Injury
On the evening of the 1st of February 2016, I had my finger cut on a stray shard of glass that was protruding from the plastic wrap on a 6-pack which I picked up in PnP Liquor. The cut was fairly severe and bled profusely. I was helped to a nearby bathroom by a security guard to try and stop the bleeding. After roughly 15 minutes, the bleeding had not slowed at all so I sought medical attention at a nearby hospital.

As I am a student and thus unable to bear my medical bills myself, I lodged a complaint through the Pick 'n Pay website on the 3rd of February and requested to be put in contact with someone to discuss a possible reimbur*****t for my expenses. As of today (the 22nd of Feb) I am yet to get any response. This is so frustrating, especially from a company that prides itself on customer service! PnP is generally my grocer of choice but following this incident, I have been left disappointed and angry at their blatant refusal to even acknowledge my complaint.
