Failure to refund

You so unreliable picknpay Asap

I order on the 24/03/2023 and my order was said to be delivered on the on the 26/03/23,i cancelled order requested refund oj 27/03/23 and my money is not in my account even today.

This is utterly disgusting from your service & teams and says a lot about our incompetency
