Failure to give specials as advertised

My wife went to PnP Steeldale for advertised specials. When she arrived at the till the normal prices were rung up. When my wife queried this she was told that she would go and check on the shelf. She came back saying that the price she rung is the correct price and my wife then in turn went with her to show her. It was printed on a A4 page clearly advertising the special prices. She then called a manager who in 20 mins. She phoned me after still waiting. I then phoned PnP from my offices and asked for the store manager. She cam back after 3 mins to say he/she is not answering she will transfer me to Fisher. As he answered the phone he said that he must phone me back. I said no I want to speak to a manger. He then put me through to Heila which only answered the phone after four attemps. She said the frontline manager is Godwa, the that was supposed to be called but took her own precious time to assist. This is pathetic service nevermind the dishonouring of the advertised special. People look at you slip - they are there to get you...
