Failure of refund

Hello peter I have a situation at my workplace actually it's a problem an unfair treatment. I bought a refrigerator on the 07 Nov 2022 when I arrived at home I found out that it had delta on It so I did report it to get my refund or exchange but they refused telling me they gonna run some researchers. Even today I'm on hold without any update. I even wrote customer service but they also ddnt do anything. Now I'm writing to hello peter for help to my refund. This caos/situation occurred at pick n pay Bophelong. Hope I will get help for you as pnp
