Failure of Pick n Pay (on Nicol) managers to handle a service DISASTER

I received possibly the most atrocious service from Nomajama from the one of Pick n Pay's flagship stores (on Nicol). She was openly rude and was supported in her rudeness by floor manager Sipho who seems new to the store. I complained to the store manager Adolf, who promised to handle the situation and come to me. It has been a month and I have not heard from Adolf the store manager. I have not returned to the store since primarily because the managers failed to manage the situation. I have rather opted for Woolworths (Bryanston), although its a kilometre out, the Woolies service standard is reliable and consistent.
