Failed to get a reprint

I paid for DSTV on the 1st of December unfortunately I lost a till slip, after few days my DSTV was closed, multichoice told me that they didn't receive payment, I went to pick n pay Eshowe to ask for reprint but they failed to help me, the appromate time for payment was between 12 to 4,up until today even the store manager failed to help me.
