Faerie Glen branch, freezers not working

I bought ice cream in the Faerie Glen Pick n Pay, I drove straight home from the shop and it was almost completely melted. Ice cream is supposed to be frozen. It makes me wonder if it's even safe to buy meat there anymore, because if it's defrosted or freezing and refreezing that cannot be good. We have had a previous experience where you can see the ice cream you bought was melted and refrozen. Makes me wonder.
