Fabric stain

I found a beautiful baby grower at pick 'n pay clothing store, parow centre last week. I had 3 of them in my hand, and they all had stains on them. It looks like a roll of the fabric had a rust stain on it perhaps. When I showed this to the lady, I was told that nobody can do anything about this. All I asked was find me the same grower at another store as I loved the design. Needless to stay to date I have not received any feedback from the store regarding my request for someone to call me about this incident.
