extremly bad service and bad manegment

we bought pencils yesterday and on the shelf it was priced at R47.99 when we got to the till point it scanned for R160.00, upon calling the manager he told us that this is not the fault of the store and there is nothing he can do we must have checked the barcode, the price of the item was 2 shelf's down the isle.

i work in retail and if we price an item wrong we as a store should carry that loss.

this is not the first time this has happened in the same store, they never always have short staff or no staff in the service departments.

i am fed up with this shop. i am going to do every thing in my power to get this resolved i have had it. this is not the end
