Extremely Unhappy and Suprised

I bought a 2 bar electric heater at Pick n Pay, Dihlabemg Mall, BETHLEHEM on the 03 June. This morning I took it back because it not working, however they refused exchange as I did not have a BOX. I moved from Joburg to Bethlehem and have a very small space and can't keep boxes. They wouldn't listen
